8.25" Stainless steel dim sum steamer basket. 8.25" diameter, 2.75" height. Fabricated of 18-8 stainless steel for hard use. Steamers nest to form multiple levels. Small steamers for dim sum, larger steamers for pancakes of appetizers. These steamers offer an inexpensive and low maintenance alternative to other steamers. All pieces sold individually.

this is deceptive advertising. i received this yesterday. it did not come with the lid, instructions, recipe book, warranty, wether or not if its dishwasher safe or anything. it just came in a cardboard box and no lid as pictured. i contacted amazon and they said i would have to purchase the lid seperately (although its pictured with the steamer). they also suggested i contact the company. a nice chinese guy was able to give me some tips, instructions and recipes from his family. he was even surprised that instructions were not included. i hand washed and dryed it (because i still dont know if its dishwasher safe). later that evening i picked up the steamer ready to use it and it was rusted!? mind you this was all in a one day time frame that i recieved it washed it and now its rusted and i cant use it. dont waste your money on this like i did.
